After 8 hours, orders may have entered production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
🔄 Return & Exchange
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing original tags.
- Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange at no additional cost.

- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.
- Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products returned after the 14-day return period.
- Clearance, final sale, or customized items (if applicable).
📦 Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email us at contact@tefuny.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Please do not return your package to the address on the shipping label unless instructed by our support team.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Ship the package via your preferred carrier and provide the tracking number.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
📏 Reshipping Service
If your item is correct and matches the product description, but you would like a different size and prefer not to return the original item, we offer a Reship Link.
By purchasing the Reshipping Link, we will produce and ship a new item in your preferred size. The reshipping fee covers the production and shipping costs of the replacement item.
