1. Time Limits for Returns & Issues
We strictly adhere to a 30-day after-sales window.

For General Returns/Exchanges: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
2. Garment Care & Print Disclaimer
We use high-quality printing methods, but proper care is essential to maintain the longevity of the designs. Our warranty does not cover fading, peeling, or cracking of prints caused by improper washing or general wear and tear over time. > To ensure your garment lasts, please strictly follow these care instructions:

Wash inside out with cold water.

Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry (hanging is highly recommended).

Do not iron directly on the printed design.
3. Exclusions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or after-sales support:

Items purchased more than 30 days ago.

Damage caused by shrinking, improper washing, or stretching.

Normal wear and tear, including minor pilling or color fading after extensive use.

Customer-caused damage (e.g., accidental tears, stains).
4. How to Open a Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect within the eligible time frame, please email us at contact@tefuny.com You MUST include:

A clear description of the issue.

2-3 clear photos showing the defect and the overall item.
Once received, our Quality Control team will review your claim and offer a resolution (such as a partial refund, store credit, or replacement) within 2-3 business days.
